The Obsession Continues
Will you indulge me in yet another post about owls? I know, I’m getting repetitive. But these guys are so cute! And the T-shirt is organic too!

Let’s face it: As nice as Snow White was, she could also be a little boring. So be a little bad by wearing this vintage-looking Evil Queen T-shirt from Plasticland.

The folks at Fred Flare always have cute T-shirts for sale, and this one is no exception. All the big sites to see in Paris, in a heart-shaped design, on a pretty, pale pink T-shirt. Just adorable.

I’m not sure why I like owls so much. But this T-shirt is awfully cute. An owl is hand-printed on a mustard color T-shirt.

This is weird. Just this past weekend, I watched Breathless, a Jean-Luc Godard film that was apparently quite cutting-edge in its day. In the first scene to show the beautiful Jean Seberg, she’s wearing this T-shirt, selling the paper on the streets of Paris. I think it’s a sign that I need to buy this.
At Neighborhoodies.com for $19.99.

I totally love the idea behind TEAL — Typo Eradication Advancement League. These guys go around and actually fix typos they find on signs. They don’t just point it out to the person who owns or printed the sign: they make the corrections themselves! I was a proofreader for four years, so I think this is just awesome. Give them some support by buying one of their T-shirts.
At TEAL for $18.50.

I just love the simple design on this t-shirt. Sophisticated enough to wear under a nice jacket to work. And the design appears on both the back and front.
At Ahpeele at Etsy.com for $30.

This T-shirt is perfectly timed for the Sex and the City movie. Really, aren’t we all looking for our own Mr. Big?

Summer is starting, so it’s time to start showing a little more skin! This shirt is sweetly sexy, with a grey/cream polka dot print.

I love the idea of this T-shirt; the body is one color but the short sleeves sport a beautiful, contrasting print. And it’s a lovely shade of green.
At UnikatHK at Etsy.com for $60.

Okay, this isn’t exactly my proudest moment, but I LOVED The Real Housewives of New York City. The reunion show yesterday was just awesome. Even though I haven’t seen all the episodes, my favorite was Bethenny. She was refreshingly honest about being on a reality show and speaks her mind quite easily — and, even better, quite snarkily. So I am seriously considering buying this T-shirt.

One last post for Earth Day. This is Under The Canopy’s Green is Groovy tee. A nice, soft, grass green color and 100% organic cotton.

Well, blue actually. Check out this pretty dark blue tee made with certified organic cotton. The beautiful print of flowers and birds contains the word “Harmony.” And for each tee purchased, The Animal Rescue Site will fund 28 bowls of food for animals living in sanctuaries and shelters.
At The Animal Rescue Site store for $26.95.

Earth Day is coming up, so it’s time to give thanks for recycling. This cute brown T-shirt has a great print and a great message.
At Heavenly Couture for $14.75.

Okay, no one would want to pay $90 for a T-shirt. (Well, I suppose you might if you had nothing better to spend your money on.) And this isn’t really just a T-shirt. But how often can you say you’re wearing a shirt handmade by an independent designer? Whether it’s the shape, the hand-printed black fabric or the color combo, this is one fantastic shirt.
At SnoozerLooser at Etsy for $90.

Threadless always has interesting T-shirts and this one is no exception. For all the word geeks out there.

Because, really, that’s what T-shirts are, aren’t they? Pants for your torso? I just love the name of this new company I found on the Web. And they have some really funny and snarky T-shirts to choose from. I like this one; it reminds me of that wonderfully ineffective measurement from your standard performance evaluation. In a variety of styles and colors.
At Torso Pants for $20 (as shown).

This is both interesting and unusual — a bar code that turns into simple flowers on the top. A nice reminder that technology and nature can work together. Silk screened by hand with light green ink on a chocolate brown t-shirt.

What do I love about this shirt? Both the classic red color and the simple babydoll shape. It doesn’t hurt that it’s on sale.

Everybody should have something with at least a little cashmere in it. Can you imagine how soft this cotton cashmere T-shirt from the Gap must be? And it’s on sale. In classic black or navy.
At the Gap for $25.50.
